ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Telemarketer – The Ryan Kersten Insurance Company
As a telemarketer, you’ll help our agency grow by reaching out to leads and bringing in new customers by identifying their needs and matching them with our products. Your work will support our team, provide positive customer experiences, and add value both online and in the community.
You’ll share information about our insurance products and community involvement while gaining valuable experience. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information.
- Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
- Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No Previous experience needed
- Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using computer software.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
